Object Associations

An on going body of work I call OBJECT ASSOCIATIONS deals with reactions to items

or objects that make connections to particular situations.

These situations are sometimes humorous, sometimes poetic and often cynical. The

works are all mixed media containing the actual objects that make the connections

to something else. For example, in EGOTIST the horn suggests someone who

constantly refers everything back to their self. [Like the expression “tooting ones

horn”] The whole world seems to revolve around the egotist……. And this is one

rendition of portraying an Egotist.
